Eco-Core®

The Eco-Core range of timber panels are Australian rated Super E0, E0 and E1 for formaldehyde emissions and are suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Products include timber panels for doors, furniture, tabletops, partitioning, wall panelling, long span shelving, building and construction, marine industry, children's toys, lorry/trailer decks, transport, formwork and more.

Eco-Core now has Australian rating Super E0 & E0 for Formaldehyde emissions.

Structural Veneer Lumbar (SVL)

  • Was first thought of as a new material for construction but have also recognised as a new look for first class interior design.
  • Tabletops, bar tops, shopfitting, kitchen tops, high quality office furniture etc
  • E0 certified
  • Thicknesses available in Australia are 30-80mm. Width = 650mm and length = 5750mm
  • Can be formed with traditional wood working machinery.

White Birch Multiply

  • The Eco-Core® White Birch Multiply has been assigned a Super E0 grade Australian rating for Formaldehyde omissions. Please download the test certificates for your reference.
  • The Eco-Core® White Birch Multiply is a Super E0 grade certified multilayer panel using cross bonding veneers.
  • The Birch is harvested mainly from the North-East and Western part of Russia.
  • It is environmentally friendly where all processing stages such as wood harvesting, production, storage and shipment are controlled by certified special organised management .
  • The Eco-Core® White Birch Multiply is durable, and easily workable with a wide range of applications for interior and exterior use.

Poplar Multiply
  • Italian Poplar plywood is one of the most famous wood products, thanks to its flexibility, light weight and naturally light colour.
  • The Eco-Core® Poplar Multiply is E1 certified with the outer face and internal layers made entirely of poplar sheets, with the outer faces having long grain.

Poplar Blockboard
  • The Eco-Core® Poplar Blockboard is an interior product mainly used as a substrate, suitable for re-veneering and applying high pressure laminates.
  • It is light weight
  • The Eco-Core® Poplar Blockboard is available with either 3mm MDF faces or Poplar faces.
  • E1 certified with MDF

Multiflex Bending Plywood

Eco-Core® Multiflex Bending Plywood is a very flexible product which makes it a practical solution for the production of curved structures, especially when small radii are required.

Features & Benefits:

  • Cold forming with small radii (no need for heat forming or water treatment)
  • Self-supporting structure eliminates the need for structural skeletons or special supports.
  • Complex multi-radii shapes can be quickly and easily prepared.
  • The panels can simply be combined and glued together to create different thicknesses.
  • No need for special equipment and prior experience
